Riccardo Coratella

Riccardo has 15+ yrs experience in Management Consulting: balance sheet analysis, performance analysis, business intelligence and European Commition Framework Programme research funds and intangible assets evaluations. In the last 10yrs he was first leading Performance Measurament and Evaluation Office then Technology Transfer Office at the National Council Research of Italy before becoming National Biodiversity Future Center director general. Thanks to his degree in physics and astrophysics and his EMBA, he started to work as researcher in 2006 for the Astrophysics Institute of Canarian Island and later Max Planck Institute for Astronomy, before starting his specialization on research management. He was the lead of the round table on research performance institutions from 2019 to 2022. Starting 2021, he is a Lazio Regional Agency for Environmental Protection OIV MEMBER (OIV ARPA Lazio) From 2012 until now Riccardo teach in Univ. Tor Vergata (Rome) ''economy applied to engineering'' for engineering degree and from 2016 to 2021 he was teaching ''budgeting science'' course for phd in Astronomy and Astrophysics.
