The IP Board of the National Biodiversity Future Centre has been constituted as required by the IP Guidelines. The IP Board is responsible for (i) taking decisions and providing advice on IP Rights issues; (ii) monitoring the activities of the Project(s) with respect to IP Rights, in compliance with and according to the provisions of these IP Guidelines and the subsequent IP Rules. More specifically, the IP Board is a body with implementation functions of the IP Guidelines. The NBFC IP Board is composed of three persons, one of whom acts as Chairman. The IP Board it is appointed by a resolution of the Board of Directors, upon proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.The NBFC IP Board is composed of: Lawyer Massimo Sterpi (Chairman), Professor Alberto di Minin, Professor Massimo Labra.
